Establishment of Service Boundaries
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lyndravion, governing your access to and use of our Austin facility and our digital platform located at lyndravion.site. By accessing our shop, fitness floor, or digital ledger, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these protocols.
Lyndravion operates as a dual-track performance facility. We maintain rigorous standards for both automotive engineering and athletic conditioning. These terms apply equally to car owners seeking precision diagnostics and members pursuing physiological optimization.

Definitions of Performance
Mechanical Diagnostics
"Service" in the automotive context refers to precision calibration, diagnostic scans, and physical repairs conducted by ASE-certified technicians within the Lyndravion shop environment.

"Training" refers to the supervised or individual use of gym equipment, free weights, and recovery facilities under the oversight of NASM-certified staff.

Member Responsibilities
To maintain the high-performance environment of Lyndravion, all participants must adhere to specific technical and medical prerequisites.
Automotive Documentation
Owners must provide accurate service history and disclose all existing mechanical faults. Lyndravion is not liable for failures resulting from concealed prior damage.
Physiological Clearance
Members represent that they are in adequate physical condition to engage in high-intensity loading. Medical clearance is recommended for all new optimization tracks.
Austin Facility Conduct
Shared space etiquette requires the re-racking of weights and respect for shop boundaries. Unauthorized entry into mechanical bays is strictly prohibited for safety.
The Limits of Engineered Perfection
All technical data, proprietary diagnostic processes, and fitness programming generated at Lyndravion remain the intellectual property of the facility. Users are granted a limited license to access these results for personal optimization only.
Lyndravion provides "As-Is" services. While we employ ASE-certified technicians and the highest grade of gym equipment, performance is a variable influenced by external factors, including prior maintenance and user biological response.
Liability for mechanical work is limited to the cost of the service provided. Liability for physical injury is governed by the facility's standard liability waiver, acknowledging the inherent risks of structural loading and physical exertion.
We reserve the right to refuse service or membership to any individual whose vehicle or physical conduct poses a safety risk to the community or the infrastructure of the Austin laboratory.
